Exhibition Stand Details
Sunny Fruit, a subsidiary of K.F.C, contacted us for their 3×3 Custom Exhibition Stand for the International Food & Drink Even 2025, held at the renowned Excel London. Having had installed countless stands at the venue and in the same size, we adivsed them accordingly to their Trade booth needs.
Design Concept
Given the 9sqm size we had to come up with a layout that used the space evenly and efficiently. Our Expo Stand Design team gathered client’s needs and came up with options a few options for them to choose from. To make the most out of given space, we designed aesthetic transparent and LED lit shelving for extra storage and for the display of the large range cateogry products. On the left wall we constructed it in a box structure and embedded the shelving inside with some of their graphic work above printed on foamex.
As we spared some room for the storage, we built an extra unit of glass and timber shelving on the right side wall. Storage was placed in the corner of the Trade Stand and in order to leave necessary room for the seating, we put no door for the storage. Instead we created an angle on the storage wall to have space to enter and still hide it from the public eye.

Stand Building Process
It became an important part of the stand as we put the screen on the storage wall facing the middle so that it was visible from most of the angles on the stand. We were skeptical for a seating area but added a modest seating area in the middle with a small round table with a few chairs.
As seen on the images, in order tomeet with Sunny Fruit’s branding goals we designed and installed the side walls, as well as the flooring, made of artificial grass suitable for Exhbition use. It was one of the final touches that brought the atmosphere into the Exhibition Booth.
For lighting, not much was needed. We placed a few floodlights above and installed strip LEDs for the shelves to have enough amount of light on the displayed products.
In addition to the booth in the back, we also added an island desk in the middle serving as a transparent separator for both companies. It helped them with treating their visitors and also allowed lay out their printed items such as brochures, while serving coffee. The Expo Stand also included separate desks for both companies in the front part of the exhibition stand.
The bespoke and minimal style of the counter desks put their name forward and helped clerks drive traffic from the front. They asked to keep these desks and took them to their offices in the UK. We supplied a number of high bar style tables in oak finish to complement the rest of the stands aesthetic, and white bar stools for each table. Above the Exhibition Booth we installed a two meter square fabric banner with the client’s logo overseeing the exhibition hall.
On the stand floor, we layed full high quality grey exhibition carpets. We supplied the stand with a number of sockets running under the tables, fridge, hangers, shelves in the storage along with a new espresso machine. As Trade Stand Contractors, we were delighted with the positive feedback from our clients, affirming the success of our quick and efficient service.
