Stand Details
Mai Waterparks is one of the biggest amusement, waterpark designer and manufacturers in Europe. They’ve developed many modern solutions for wildly used waterpark machines and parts as well as the utility for these parks and bespoke approaches for unique problems . It is apparent from their professional work ethic that they like to be very present internationally especially when it comes to Exhibition Shows. This year at the IAAPA Expo Europe in ExCel London, they wanted to focus on marketing their custo services for waterparks, and we had the pleasure of helping them with the build of their Exhibition Stand
Design Concept
They provided us with the necessary brief that’s needed to begin sketching some ideas. With a relatively small space, compared to what they normally exhibit to showcase their products, we wanted to keep things simple. We decided to keep a large open front area open with three sides to the foot path. This welcomed visitors walk in rather than trying to grab attention aggressively (often times, depending on the stand location& size, techniques to grab attention assertively can cause confusion from the visitor perspective.) We decided to stick into an open space with spotlights pointing into the middle of the stand. Thus we stuck heavily on their brand colours, white and turqouise that kept a fresh and open feel away from distraction.
With our extensive experience in Exhibition Stand Designs, we aim to push our creativity and deliver utility for our clients that satisfy their needs, reflect a professional impression of their brand during their few crucial days of exhibiting. We believe that there are certain design languages when it comes to Trade Stands, creating subtle unique differences from a showroom that welcomes visitors and makes them feel comfortable walking in. We implemented these elements into the Booth Design, one of them being the diagonal storage room which brought functionality and slight contrast in movement to the Expo Stand.

Results
Expo Stand Build Process
a well established Trade Show like IAAPA, we had to be extremely professional, comply with health & safety regulations and use the best materials that are sustainable and adequate for the type of Bespoke Stand we were going to build. First laid down was the flooring, then we built the frame for the storage and meeting rooms using carcassing wood.
We then installed the rest of the walls with high quality Melamine MDF for maximum stability. Carcassing timber was used for the beams running above the storage connecting to the sign structure. We concluded the build with the printed vinyl graphics applied on the melamine walls. The Exhibition Stand was ready to outshine in ExCel London!
