Elf Bar Exhibition Stand
Description
Elf Bar, a disposable vape company that’s based in China, one of the most selling vape companies in the UK. We had the pleasure of working with them for their exhibition stand at the Food & Drink Expo 2023 held in the NEC Birmingham as well as for their sub company Lost Mary’s exhibition stand which produced and built. Elf Bar wanted to go with a standard design that was provided by them. The exhibition stand design didn’t include any storage booth and it was open for access from all four sides. This unique exhibition stand design had a 10-metre-long curvy top signage that posed a modest challenge to us. We produced most of the structures made of high quality thick laminated MFC for easy application of the number of graphics. We produced the signage into two parts, the large structure had weight distributed to three different points, one being a metal pipe in the middle with a circular base product display stand.

We erected the stand by installing the walls in the very corner first with the spotlight roofing. After that was complete, we started installing the middle aisle and the lightbox pyramid in the very corner while another member of our team started wiring the electrics such as spot and flood lights from the cupboards that were installed for merchandise storage. Once all the structures were ready, we moved on to installing the top signage. We used a genie lifter to help us erect the structure and put carcassing timber under to support the weight during the installation stage. Another two members of our team were busy applying the vinyls on the other side of the stand at the same time. After finishing the All the installations, we started applying the vinyl for the curved signage and the rest of the 3D graphic Logos which we CNC cut inhouse. We concluded the build-up phase by mounting the hidden LEDs under the middle aisle.
