About
We had the absolute pleasure of taking responsibility for the full building and installation of the exhibition stand for the Uzbekistan country to host their most prominent hotels and companies to advertise the country's largest tourist attractions at the World Tourism Expo 2023 in ExCel London. This 50m2 exhibition stand consisted of a storage space in the middle and ten desks for each tourism company facing outside for walk-in visitors to enable easier access for them to approach and build connections. A small lounge section with a coffee table and couch that compliments the design was added as well as a few tables for a more comfortable space to sit down and have meetings with potential clients. A 55 inch TV displayed the most famous touristic areas in Uzbekistan and what tourism companies can offer during their visits.
Challenge
The Ultimate challenge was t create a spacious stand following client's minimalistic requests and in-line with their brand identity.
Solution
Large modern gate design utilizing Bohler's steel structure with a plenty of room to walk for visitors whilst they are learning about new products and services
Results
TV was installed in the main front double storage wall which faces the middle section, closer to the walking path just behind the traditional arch we CNC cut that served as a large conventional gate and installed graphics that represented the classic Uzbek mosaic patterns that had a welcoming and eye pleasing shape, which complimented the overall colours of the stand that were predominantly blue and white. We constructed the walls of 2cm thick white MFC with a cautiously made carcassing frame all around both walls and storage for maximum stability. Walls were installed with large beams that connected to the gate and storage space. On the beams as well as the far side columns we installed both the Uzbekistan and Uzbekistan airways logos with an LED lit hidden light underneath them. On the beams we printed traditional simpler patterns on transparent acrylic perspex. We also applied printed graphics on each desk with the company logo with a mosaic design all around the sides as a frame. On the far behind walls we installed graphics we received from the client showing a large view of their most famous touristic areas. Ultimately, we are extremely happy especially after seeing client’s satisfaction with the end result of this exhibition stand build. All production, installation and dismantling stages went smoothly.
