Exhibition Stand Details
Selim Accessories is a very prominent table, bathrooms, and kitchen accessories and decorative essentials manufacturer and distributor. We had worked with Selim in the past for a number of their showrooms, and Exhibition Stands. For this Trade Stand project, Selim came to us with a quite the large space to storm ideas about.
Design Concept
With a number of discussions and enough brainstorming we both agreed to design a practical, aesthetic and exclusive showroom stand for this project. The idea was to attract the visitors, encourage and spark the curiosity to come in and go through the shelves without a rush or distractions, which leads them to the exit on the other side.
We didn’t set out to design and build just another four-wall Expo Stand for the sake of having a showroom. Taking on challenging designs that deliver both aesthetic and utility is a commitment we owe to every client we work with. We aimed for futuristic and dynamic accents within the overall shape of the design. We decided to enclose the Exhibition Stand into a showroom with repetitive arches that also included the lighting in the plinths. Between these continuous plinths, we fitted glass shelves to display the products. Added some LED lights to illuminate the displays under the glass shelves to keep an interesting transparency.

The Exhibition Stand Build
As can be seen on the 3D Stand Visuals, we not only designed but also engineered a quite large structure with stable grounds. Especially the arch columns along the Trade Stand. Large Iron profile lengths were bent and used as frames for these columns to ensure maximum stability. Pillars were then made of MDF bent and screwed into the metal frames. Inside these arch columns were fitted see-through shelves for vase products.
Flooring was laminate PVC for its quality, sturdiness and ease of use. Inside the Exhibition Stand we designed and built islands of bespoke product display units. We gave them a pyramid shape for the ease of access and enough room for different height of products, which visitors could easily grab and check out. In conclusion, we worked hard to meet the design standards of the time and every requirement Selim had with their vision for the brand. It was rewarding to see how pleased they were with the result and we shook hands for the next project!
