Design Concept
As one of the leading UK Exhibition Stand Companies, we meticulously gathered the initial Expo Stand Design and refined it for optimal stability. We designed the walls of the stand with carcassing timber in order to support the rear, as well as simple timber in the front sides of the stand which sits aesthetically.
They helped holding the top part of the stand where most of the downlights installed. They illuminated the far back sides of the area. Initially the proposal was to install LED screens to grab attention. However we came to the conclusion that high quality printed graphics with eye-catching design was a better option to show their services. All of the printed materials used to become a part of the Custom Exhibition Booth, which were all printed in house. These included the vinyls and the fabric hung above the Trade Stand.

Results
Stand Building Process
In addition to the booth in the back, we also added an island desk in the middle serving as a transparent separator for both companies. It helped them with treating their visitors and also allowed lay out their printed items such as brochures, while serving coffee. The Expo Stand also included separate desks for both companies in the front part of the exhibition stand.
The bespoke and minimal style of the counter desks put their name forward and helped clerks drive traffic from the front. They asked to keep these desks and took them to their offices in the UK. We supplied a number of high bar style tables in oak finish to complement the rest of the stands aesthetic, and white bar stools for each table. Above the Exhibition Booth we installed a two meter square fabric banner with the client’s logo overseeing the exhibition hall.
On the stand floor, we layed full high quality grey exhibition carpets. We supplied the stand with a number of sockets running under the tables, fridge, hangers, shelves in the storage along with a new espresso machine. As Trade Stand Contractors, we were delighted with the positive feedback from our clients, affirming the success of our quick and efficient service.
